Between August 2021 and January 2022, the City of Brookhaven is partnering with community members, area leaders, and property owners to envision future opportunities for development at the intersection of Windsor and Osborne. Together, we will define a realistic (and achievable!) community vision and action steps to further community goals and enhance future neighborhood commercial growth.
