Community members, property owners, and others with a vested interest in the Windsor-Osborne area of Brookhaven are encouraged to participate in the planning process.
Community input opportunities included two meeting series and corresponding online input activities, carried out in September and October 2021. Find more details below.
The draft final plan concept and other draft recommendations will be presented to the Brookhaven Planning Commission in late 2021.

MEETING SERIES 1
The first meeting series introduced community members to the project, provided initial analysis by the project team, and collected community ideas and preferences for the area’s future.
Date and Time: September 9, 2021, 6:00 to 7:30pm
Purpose: Understand the community’s vision for its commercial center.
Location: Live interactive Zoom meeting
Onlne Input Period: Community members that missed the live meeting could watch meeting clips and provide input online between September 10 and September 20, 2021.

MEETING SERIES 2
The second meeting series introduced concepts of potential future development scenarios, based on market analysis and zoning/development regulations, and included a facilitated discussion to identify preferred concepts and opportunities to further related community goals. The team also collected input on draft guiding principles for future development.
Date and Time: October 19, 2021, 6:00 to 7:30pm
Purpose: Review draft development concepts based off input from Meeting Series 1.
